Anemolia Villa is your escape from busy everyday life, a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and truly relax.

Originally built in 1900 by our grandparents, this traditional Karpathian home was renovated by us in 2019. We kept its authentic character while adding the comfort and details that make your stay easy and enjoyable.

The villa was created with deep respect for the natural beauty of Karpathos. Built in harmony with the surroundings and supported by alternative energy sources, it offers a stay that is both comfortable and environmentally friendly.

Here, you’ll wake up to sea views, enjoy quiet mornings by your private pool, and spend evenings together under the open sky.

The villa features one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The entire property is arranged on one level, ensuring easy access throughout. Large openings connect the interior spaces with the outdoor area, where guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, sun terrace, outdoor dining space, barbecue area, and garden surroundings with uninterrupted sea views.

Location & Neighbourhood

Located in the peaceful Puas area, close to Lakki and Amoopi, the villa offers beautiful, uninterrupted sea views and a quiet stay away from traffic and noise.

Amoopi’s sandy beaches, tavernas, and beach bars are just a 5-minute drive away, while Karpathos town, Pigadia, with its shops, cafés, and main harbor, is only 10 minutes away. Karpathos Airport is also a 10-minute drive, making arrival and departure easy.

We strongly recommend renting a car. The villa is located in a quiet area, and having your own vehicle makes it easy to explore the island comfortably, from swimming at nearby beaches in Amoopi and Lakki, to picking up groceries in Pigadia, and discovering the many beautiful, unspoiled corners of Karpathos at your own pace.
