When we began creating the new villas at Anemolia, our starting point was simple: respect for the landscape of Karpathos. We did not want to build on the land, we wanted to build with it. That's why the villas are designed underground, allowing them to blend naturally into their surroundings while preserving the island’s raw, untouched beauty.

By building into the terrain, we protect the natural horizon and reduce the visual impact on the environment. At the same time, the earth itself helps insulate the villas, keeping them naturally cool in the summer months and reducing energy consumption.

Natural materials, soft tones, and clean lines create a calm and harmonious atmosphere. Large openings connect indoor and outdoor living, inviting sunlight and sea views into every space, while private terraces and pools frame moments of complete relaxation.

Our wish is that when you stay here, you feel not only comfort and luxury, but also a deep connection to nature and a true sense of peace.

Perfect for couples or small families seeking a peaceful stay close to beaches and local amenities.

This one-bedroom villa blends comfort, style, and nature. It sleeps up to three adults, with a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa in the living area for an extra guest, and a crib available for an infant.

A fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking, a modern bathroom, and a washing machine for everyday convenience. Large doors connect the living area to a private terrace, where the indoor–outdoor pool extends directly from the interior space. This layout creates an open flow between inside and outside, with space to relax both by the pool and on the terrace.

Location & Neighbourhood

Located in a peaceful area of Pus, close to Lakki and Amoopi, the villa offers beautiful, uninterrupted sea views and a quiet stay away from traffic and noise.

Amoopi’s sandy beaches, tavernas, and beach bars are just a 5-minute drive away, while Karpathos town, Pigadia, with its shops, cafés, and main harbor, is only 10 minutes away. Karpathos Airport is also a 10-minute drive, making arrival and departure easy.

We strongly recommend renting a car. The villa is located in a quiet area, and having your own vehicle makes it easy to explore the island comfortably, from swimming at nearby beaches in Amoopi and Lakki, to picking up groceries in Pigadia, and discovering the many beautiful, unspoiled corners of Karpathos at your own pace.
